ABOUT THE PROGRAM OF RIPA AWARENESS MEDITATION
Ripa Awareness Meditation or R.A.M. is an international program of the realized Buddhist Teacher Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche on teaching meditation all those who wish. It unites such countries as Switzerland, France, Spain, Germany, Nepal, The US, and, of course, Russia.

The program is based on the traditional meditation techniques of Shamatha (Shine) and Vipashana which have been transmitted from Teacher to Student for over 2,500 years since the time of Shakyamuni Buddha.

Meditations is actual, available and effective for everyday use of everyone. The goal of Ripa Awareness Meditation is to make the practice of meditation accessible for people regardless of ideology.
WHAT IS THE USE OF MEDITATION?

Being aware, we start to see the situations as they are. We choose the right way to respond instead of reacting automatically. We stop to be mentally stuck in the past or build fantasies about the future. We start to live here and now.

Meditation makes our mind calm and we start to manage our emotions better. It means any relationships become more harmonious. Mediation develops kindness, openness, non-judgmental acceptance of yourself and others
